1. Shipping Carriers

We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Standard shipping orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (9:00 AM PT) will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM ET (9:00 AM PT) will ship the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are therefore not factored into processing and shipping times, so please account for these when selecting a shipping method. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Calculating Business Days - Shipping days are calculated in 24-hour increments. If you place an order on a Monday (before 12:00 PM ET), Tuesday counts as a business day. If you place an order on a Monday (after 12:00 PM ET), Wednesday counts as a business day.

You can choose between Standard Shipping (5-8 business days), Priority Shipping (4-5 business days), or Express Shipping (2-4 business days). Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (Shipped via UPS or USPS)

Standard Shipping orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship from our warehouse. Standard Shipping orders typically take five (5) to eight (8) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) to arrive within the contiguous United States. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

International orders typically arrive within 7-17 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. International orders are shipped via USPS.

Priority Shipping (Shipped via UPS or USPS)

Priority Shipping orders are processed after credit card authorization and address verification. Priority shipping orders within the contiguous United States typically arrive within four (4) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Express Delivery (Shipped via UPS)

Express delivery orders are processed after credit card authorization and address verification. Express delivery orders within the contiguous United States typically arrive within two (2) to four (4) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Express delivery requires a physical address. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Customs and Duties

Bjtsty is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or levies on international orders. Countries may or may not charge entry fees for your order. This does not always happen. However, please be aware that it can happen and Bjtsty is not responsible for these charges.
